Executive Director, Rachel Glauser
The Delta View Water Association Board of Directors welcomed Rachel Glauser as the organization’s executive director in May of 2023. A Central Valley native, Rachel is a 17-year veteran of the governmental affairs and communications sectors. Rachel represents the organization on behalf of the board of directors, serving as public contact and spokesperson. With SGMA implementation underway, Rachel leads this critical effort as our association continues its advocacy and support for groundwater dependent growers and landowners in Kings and Tulare Counties.
